Wage Withholding
- The Colorado Department of Revenue has updated its wage withholding tax forms for 2025.
- Form DR 0004 (Colorado Employee Withholding Certificate) now includes:
- An option for increased annual withholding.
- An expanded worksheet for employees to account for additional tax credits.
- Form DR 1093 (Annual Transmittal of State W-2 Forms) now includes a reminder for employers to provide Form DR 0995 (Notice of Federal and State Refundable Tax Credits) to each Colorado resident employee.
- Form DR 1098 (Colorado Withholding Worksheet for Employers) has updated instructions, but the calculation used by employers remains unchanged.

Colorado Corporate Income Tax—Colorado issues updated wage withholding tax forms.
The Colorado Department of Revenue has updated its wage withholding tax forms for 2025. The Colorado Employee Withholding Certificate, Form DR 0004, now includes an option for increased annual withholding and an expanded worksheet to allow employees to account for additional tax credits. Form DR 1093, Annual Transmittal of State W-2 Forms, now includes a note reminding employers of their obligation to provide Form DR 0995, Notice of Federal and State Refundable Tax Credits, to each Colorado resident employee. The Colorado Withholding Worksheet for Employers, Form DR 1098, contains updated instructions, however there is no change to the calculation used by employers.
