Oregon Proposed Rules Codify Paid Leave Stipulations for Foster Child Placement

The Oregon Employment Department announced public meetings on November 18 and 21 for a set of proposed rules that would codify changes made to the Paid Leave Oregon program under recent bill SB 1515. The changes would update definitions for "care," "child," "foster care," and "pre-placement leave," as well as updating verification requirements and benefits stipulations.
