Arizona State's Minimum Wage Set to Rise to $14.70 Per Hour in 2025

Arizona's minimum wage is scheduled to increase to $14.70 per hour, effective January 1, 2025. This change comes as part of the ongoing implementation of the Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act, which aims to ensure fair compensation for employees throughout the state. Additionally, the Act maintains special provisions for tipped employees, allowing employers to pay up to $3.00 less per hour if they can demonstrate that the employee's total earnings, including tips, meet or exceed the minimum wage.
